12 Weeks Comprehensive customised  program with follow up.

   

  1. Full body assessment. This where it starts in order to have a good understanding where you stand and set a realistic target you can achieve. This also will be the reference to rely on for tracking progress.
  2. Full Nutrition program. The program covers a suitable diet plan  , with  very simple ways to set your portions without having to calculate and weigh everything. The program is tailored to your daily schedule so you don’t have problems implementing it.
  3.  Full workout program. That includes different workouts I design for your needs and according to your level of experience. The workout may include a description or illustrative picture if needed. This is a dynamic program which means, I may modify some of the workouts in the monthly check as I see fit. 
  4. Online support.  This service is a way of communicating in case you need you have query about anything in the Nutrition or workout program. I will make sure to reply back ASAP. Usually I use WhatsApp or Facetime  as a way of communication.

  3.  Full workout program. That includes different workouts I design for your needs and according to your level of experience. The workout may include a description or illustrative picture if needed. This is a dynamic program which means, I may modify some of the workouts in the monthly check if needed.

Full Nutrition program.

The program covers a 3 month diet plan. The plan is designed after discussing your current physical status and your target goal. I will make sure we set a plan to be realistic , attainable and most important enjoyable. The program is always meant to fit  your daily schedule and considering any dietary requirements.

Full workout program.

If you are after a comprehensive workout program that is tend to put you on the right direction as a starter or if you are an intermediate and want to progress and improve your physique , I will design a program that will push you to achieve your goal. That includes different workouts I design for your needs, including the number of sets, timing between sets , and special tips for getting more out of your workout. The program may include the cardio program if required and the stretching phase. The whole idea is to provide you a comprehensive program so you wont need anything else but your focus and time to perform and achieve your goal.

Price: 70 USD   

 1 On 1 personal training and coaching : ( 60 Minutes  ) *

4 Sessions  :    250 USD

10 Sessions :  450 USD
